[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test XML file fixed

Nested lists in comments is probably something that can be removed from the
Theme Unit Test, since lists aren't part of the standard list of
comment-sanitized HTML tags. I originally added nested lists to the comment
test for thoroughness, but they're a pain to maintain. :)
