[theme-reviewers] Proposed criteria change for Commercially Supported GPL Themes page

Well, I meet the current criteria AND I also meet this new requirement, yet
I've been declined from being listed for a reason not even listed in the
current criteria or this new criteria even though other shops have been
approved before and after that in which have the same conditions of the
reason given to me why my shop was declined.

So, does my opinion even count?
