[theme-reviewers] Hidden IP field in theme contact form

Hi,
I'm testing a theme from the repo, quite nice design, well coded, etc. But
in its options page, there's a support/contact form which has a hidden
field with the user's IP number.

I understand that, per the Theme Review rules, it should be an OPT-IN.

I've sent a message (through the very theme contact form) to the author(s),
but had no response.

How to deal with this?
