[theme-reviewers] Pro themes guidelines

Hello,

I'm reviewing http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12389 - it has been
previously approved and all changes are valid. Tested it and it works just
fine.

However, there is a banner to the site for pro version. I couldn't find any
GPL statement for the theme in:

http://www.inkthemes.com/wp-themes/blackbird-responsive-wordpress-theme/
http://www.inkthemes.com/pricing/

Are the discussed statements acceptable in the repo?
