[theme-reviewers] A Couple of Things

Are there definitive descriptions for theme
tags<http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/tag-filter/>?
Do tags not listed
here<http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_theme_support#Parameters>
such
as 'custom-colors' and 'custom-menu' refer to a specific WP
feature<http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Features>or are they
subjective? Aren't all menus custom?
