[theme-reviewers] HTML in theme description?

Right, I'd just let them know it's their call, but it won't work in extend.

I assume 99% of theme authors are more concerned with the public view,
first impression of their theme than having a link work in the private WP
admins of users after they've already decided to install the theme anyways.

*@Otto* - I know it's always a work in progress to update the themes extend
to include the better features that the plugin extend has. So perhaps this
is just around the corner anyways?
