[theme-reviewers] twitter bootstrap

I'd like to help but it's in Priority 4 queue (in the middle). If i make 
a review it will be against the rules of TRT. In order the process be 
fair to all developers.
Take in mind that in most countries recently are holidays (Easter) and 
the process might look slow but believe me son it will be quicker. 
Meanwhile if you find something for improvement upload new version, when 
a reviewer takes your theme he/she will check them altogether.
