[theme-reviewers] After approval of a theme - what to do next?

Usually it takes up to 7 days. Depends of when some of the admins can do 
it. It's a manual process and the admins are volunteers like all we 
are.. So they do it when they have  time.
Take in mind that these days a lot of people celabrate Easter so it can 
delay the process.
