[theme-reviewers] Wiki for theme review issues?

Just an idea, why isn't there a wiki with common solutions to problems that
are exposed by the theme check plugin or the theme unit test data?

For example, I'm having an issue with a theme I'm working on where
the exceptionally long title title test posts title and category are
escaping the container on my blog page. At this point I'd ask the list or
google or stackexchange; or if I was a lot of developers, I wouldn't do
this test and it the reviewer would require me to fix it. Then the reviewer
might suggest a solution or I might ask the list or google or stackexchange
or whatever.

One way or another, at some point I'm going to have the answer in front of
me and I could easily cut and past that into a wiki.

Wouldn't it be awesome if when I found the answer to this issue (BTW anyone
know how to fix this?) I pasted it into a wiki, so future developers and
reviewers could find it easily and solve the problem or paste the link into
the review? Or what if that link was in the theme test data itself?

If people like this idea I'd be happy to help put it together. Not sure
where it would make the most sense for such a wiki to live though...
