*@Otto* - In theory, you might be right (and I can totally see why that
might be an assumption). But, in actual testing, it doesn't effect
anything, but the main menu.

The placement is specific. It won't effect the whole page unless loaded in
the footer just before </body>. Haven't discovered any issues yet and
haven't had any users report any issues yet.
