[theme-reviewers] Question about implementation of theme hooks / template tags system

@Daniel - Looking at the theme in SVN (
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11152) I'm not seeing anything
immediately I would consider a show-stopper. The template files used are
minimal but I cannot see the code as excluding an end-user from adding in
additional template files (ideally by way of a Child-Theme) to extend or
modify the theme as is.

I actually took a similar approach with Opus Primus (with the intent it
will be a framework theme) and chose to implement most of the standard
template files, mostly for baseline examples to be expanded upon.
