[theme-reviewers] Page Titles outside incomplete WP loops, etc. and BuddyPress

Thank you Cais. Yes, I will be adding comments to the trac tickets about
the WordPress loop and missing Page titles in respective page.php files. In
addition, we'll be compiling and posting a list of  BP 1.7
compatible/incompatible WordPress themes from the theme repository and
other sources.
