What is WP theme reposity rules for Custom Theme
Features<http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Features>
 ?
Can we register Custom Theme Features? If we can, is there rules for naming
that?
For example; can i add/use *add_theme_support('bootstrap');  *?
