[theme-reviewers] Really Unique Theme

This is a nice idea. I agree with the others though that this would be
better as a plugin.

The 'super rookie users' wouldn't know quite what to do with this proposed
theme. They (nor did I) would not normally read the readme.txt file where
the very  important instruction to create 4 pages with specific titles is
posted. That if you don't create those pages, you will be automatically
redirected to the open theme customizer panel with warnings running down
the right panel where the theme/content is supposed to be . In addition,
the theme customizer sections are not locked in, after clicking on one
section and transferring to another, the previous section either goes to
the top of the customizer page to or somewhere below the original position.
