[theme-reviewers] Need Help

I am currently reviewing a theme where scenario is,

- Theme Options like Social Networking Icons, Background, Site Logo etc are
implemented via Theme Customizer Only. There is no link for Theme Options
just like other standard themes.

This situation is new for me. So what is its status,

- Is it acceptable to provide options via Theme Customizer ?
