[theme-reviewers] The buck stops where?

That Theme was not updated for some time now
and I see no reason why Stuart would not be able
to correct the name
<http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#Theme_Name>and re-submit. He
owns the
Theme and holds the name :)
