[theme-reviewers] The buck stops where?

Emil, Chip,
To clarify - I'm not asking to reserve a name before submission.
I understand its first come first served for names upon submission of theme.
I'm just wanting to quietly ask for your opinion as to whether a name can
be approved. Thats all.
Are you able to assist with that?
