[theme-reviewers] "FancyBox".. Allowed?

FancyBox is dual-licensed under MIT/GPL (http://fancybox.net/), hence
allowed. FancyBox2 is released under CC-BY-NC 3.0, hence not allowed. You
will need to check which version of FancyBox is being used.
