Fun Chrome trick: Activate the Inspector (CTRL-SHIFT-I on a PC), then
right click the normal refresh button (upper right, usually).

You'll find options for a Normal Reload, a Hard Reload, and Empty
Cache and Hard Reload. This solves browser cache problems immediately.
