[theme-reviewers] Push live request

Was your response.  You are telling the end user, the theme developer they need to wait another 7 days or so.

Theme’s being pushed live do not require 7 days for the system to make them live.  

Instead of telling them 7 days, tell them that it will be done soon by an admin in the next few days, saying 7 days is bad form 

As I wrote previously on the same thread.

does not push the Theme instantly.

    Can't understand why some themes go live once approved, while some others must wait a week. This really affects the visibility in http://wordpress.org/themes/browse/updated/ list, IMHO
