[theme-reviewers] Push live request

The queue of Themes waiting to be made live has been cleared. The reason
for the delay is because pushing a Theme live is not merely a "rubber
stamp" action. The Admins actually review the ticket (with varying degrees
of scrutiny depending on the type of ticket, and the extent of the review
comments).
