[theme-reviewers] Coming soon page feature in a theme

In my theme, there is a theme options page. From there a user can simply
change the site mode to offline and then there is a text area to add any
content and below it there is an option to activate a counter (countdown)
and set the date. Its more easier to use this way.

Hmm... IMO the correct approach for a Theme to take would be to have the
user set the front page to display a static page, set the custom template
for that static page to the "coming soon" template, then if 'page' ==
get_option( 'show_on_front'), and 'template-coming-soon.php' ==
get_post_meta( get_option( 'page_on_front' ), '_wp_page_template', true ),
then redirect traffic to the front page.
