[theme-reviewers] Displaying Featured Images

Yes, the Featured Image needs to be displayed *somewhere*. That "somewhere"
can be anywhere. Another example: a Theme could use Featured Images for a
featured content slider, and not display them anywhere else, and would also
be fine.
