[theme-reviewers] Where is "closed-newer-version-uploaded" Action?

You don't have to go back and change it to closed-newer-version, it can
stay not-approved.

Closed-newer-version is no longer available to reviewers.

Its up to you, if you want to continue the review you can but not required
for priority 2/3/4.

Please review priority # 1 first, everyone seem to ignore #1 and head
straight to others :)
