[theme-reviewers] Theme not downloading Current Version.

I just figured out there is a problem with the current version of my theme
- Aspen 1.0.4
(http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/aspen/1.0.4/).

That new version was approved several weeks ago (right when all the new
auto new-version stuff was being implemented). The "Developer" tab on the
wordpress.org site (http://wordpress.org/themes/aspen/developers/) shows
1.0.4 as the current version, but the download button still is showing and
delivering Version 1.0.

I should have checked, but once I got the theme is live message, I just
figured that was reality.
