[theme-reviewers] How to close a ticket new version uploaded?

Note that this should only be a temporary matter. New tickets of
unreviewed themes will now replace the older versions instead of
creating new tickets for them.

Admins can still close tickets with the newer-version message, but
going forward it should be unnecessary.
