[theme-reviewers] How to close a ticket new version uploaded?

I've just taken this ticket to review: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12824There's a previous ticket: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/12318
I don't see the option to close the second one other than setting it to reviewing - will doing sogive me the option to close it and continue reviewing the latest one or does an Admin needto close it?
