[theme-reviewers] Theme fixed issues during the review

I was reviewing a theme and I notified the author about the issues I found. 
The author asked if I could wait and not close the ticket while he fixes the issues and actually he did reply very fastly claiming that he fixed the issues. But he was asking me if he need to reupload the theme. so does he? or he can just attach the revised one to the current ticket so I can confirm if the issues are fixed and if so than giving the final though "Approve the theme."
