[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test as plugin?

I agree this is a great idea. Seems like we could easily modify an existing
demo content plugin to do this. I use this one sometimes:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-example-content/

It is very simple. If you take a look at the source it has a file called
content.php that defines an array for each post. This means we could leave
the main plugin file as is, and just modify the content as needed. Can
anyone think of a better solution for getting the theme unit test data into
that file besides cut and paste?
