[theme-reviewers] Possible Test Environment Conflict.

Environment 1: Debogger plugin, Debug Bar plugin + WP_Config set to true.
Environment 2: Debogger plugin and WP_Config set to true.
Tickets under test in both environment: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/13460 andhttp://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/13410 - both are by the same author.
Screenshots are from the test on environment 1 while the Errors in Comment 9 are from Environment 2.As you can see, with Debug Bar active all errors are attributed to the Debogger plugin. And with theDebug Bar deactivated the errors picked up are attributed to the theme's specific files.
My conclusion is that there's a conflict between the Debogger and Debug bar plugins - but I'm wonderingif anyone else has come across the issue with their set up? And what should be the correct test/reviewenvironment set up be?
