[theme-reviewers] Individual image in gallery navigation

There shouldn't necessarily be links to other images in the gallery.  
Right now, WordPress only provides a way to navigate between attachments 
to the particular post the image is attached to.  With the way the media 
system works now, there'll be images in galleries that aren't attached 
to the post.  Therefore, there might not be any way to navigate between 
them when viewing the image attachment page.
