[theme-reviewers] WCSF Contributor Day

Most of the active teams are available projects -- they're really
making a big push this year to have Contributor Day be for any
core-related work, not just core code development. So people can hop
in on docs, support, and so on as well.

I'll also be there, and anyone who wants can grab me in person or on
IRC for a review or two. (Devin, I feel like we've been talking in
every other medium for years now. It'll be good to finally meet in
person!)
