You mean the only requirement for translations is using a unique slug?
...but you dont want the translation-ready tag if it isnt translation ready 😐

The theme tags in style.css are required to be correct right, so if there is non-translated text, the easiest way to pass a theme is to remove the tag,
-or are themes required to translate the whole theme if a text-domain is included?
