[theme-reviewers] Credit link in footer

Hey i dont no weither is this a write place to ask this question... I want
to use my company name in my themes footer some thing like *<p
class="footer_left"><?php _e('XYZ A WordPress Theme . Designed and
Developed by','XYZ');?> <a href="<?php echo esc_url( __( 'http://www.XYZ.com',
'XYZ' ) ); ?>"><?php _e('XYZ','txtdomain'); ?></a>.</p>*
