[theme-reviewers] Help for plugins submit.

Sorry it's not a right place for my question but I am confusing about
plugins submit.

I contacted at plugins at wordpress.org but never got replied.

My first 2 plugins were denied, and I didn't receive any explanations
why it happened or how I could improve.

Any suggestions who I should contact please?
