Theme is*recommended*to include:

  * 404.php
  * archive.php
  * page.php
  * search.php
  * single.php
  * header.php/(viaget_header()
    <http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_header>)/
  * footer.php/(viaget_footer()
    <http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_footer>)/
  * sidebar.php/(viaget_sidebar()
    <http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_sidebar>)/
      o Note: header.php, footer.php, and sidebar.php include variations
        such as: sidebar-left.php, sidebar-right.php,
        sidebar-footer.php, etc.


These are recommended not required so i am little confuse with this. 
Without these files (not child theme) can we make theme live ?

Mod : Please give explain how these works on theme reviews.
