[theme-reviewers] Voyage Theme

That's pretty much how it works, however at the same time
it's completely up to the reviewer as well.

I would personally offer at least 2 days of grace period,
allowing "you" to correct the issues and re-submit, since
this was a previously submitted Theme :)
