[theme-reviewers] A Question - Theme with Plugin

Hello Sir,

I am developing a theme for general purpose.
It will be free when released.

*I have just one question -*

My theme needs a 3rd-party WordPress Plugin to handle and manage properly.
Its *Facebook Plugin* for WordPress.

How to make sure that its installed together with my own theme ?
