[theme-reviewers] Theme's with Post Formats

I've been working on updating Easel with post format's and noticed quite a 
few themes on the repo that only do post format's 'half way' .. half way, 
meaning that they get_template_part for the home page and pages..

However, themes like Mantra do not do it for the single page versions of 
those post formats

Question is, what's the recommended that if they're going to do post formats 
that they do it 'all the way' where the formatting is visually displayed 
consistent ?  or is this a situation where I am not fully understanding post 
formatting ?
