[theme-reviewers] Latest themes not synced with SVN

Hey Otto,

For example, see http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/iribbon - The latest
version available here is 1.0.23, you are correct, but when you look at the
theme SVN (which is public) you can see that it appears out-dated based on
how the chronology of the versions are listed:

http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/iribbon/

This is my mistake. We were receiving complaints of 3.5 issues and we had
already updated all the latest versions, on top of that we've changed up
versioning a bit, so this was simply a human error on my part in misreading
how the versions were being auto-ordered in alphanumeric order. I had
assumed this was a chronological order of the actual versions shown in the
correct order of upload, by date.

Apologies for the misunderstanding and apologies to Trent for the bad
information.
