[theme-reviewers] Update Procedure

Hi Sakin,

If this was a non-volunteer job I would definitely agree with you to pick a
day
and go with that, however it is not. Time and day unfortunately is
not scheduled
and IMLHO I would prefer that we make no changes in that regard.

Should we make closer dates on when the tickets are pushed live, probably
and
I am all open to that. Speeding up the overall process is something that
should
be prioritized, no doubt about that.

As I was saying few times before, majority of my own tickets are often
pushed live in right away.
If someone pings me and ask me to push ticket(s) I'll push that as well.

And note that this is just me and what I do and what was previously
discussed with other
admins.

Now, this does not mean that I'll sit here and do this all day no :)
