[theme-reviewers] Google Analytics and Ad blocks in Theme Options?

Ad blocks are fine (generally, they are just implemented as dynamic
sidebars/Widget areas; but Theme Options are okay as well).

Google Analytics really is Plugin territory, but currently, I would just
indicate it as *recommended*, rather than as *required*. It is probably
something we'll address more specifically at some point in the future, as
we continue to define/refine the line between Theme and Plugin territory.
