[theme-reviewers] Bundled resources licence

According to guidelines: *Themes are required to state the copyright and
license information for any bundled resources not covered by the Theme's
license statement.*

If bundled resources are GPL (or compatible), does simply saying the theme
is GPL cover bundled resources as well?

The theme uses Zurb Foundation minified CSS, no mention of its licence
there or in other theme files:
