[theme-reviewers] The word "Responsive" in theme name?

Take the term "Responsive" out of the question. Replace it with "Foobar".

If you owned a Theme named "Foobar", in the Theme Directory, how would you
feel if someone else submitted a Theme named "WP Foobar"?

Names are first-come, first-served, regardless of the name/term used.
Adding "WP" in front of an existing Theme name does not sufficiently
differentiate one Theme from another.
