[theme-reviewers] Child Themes - Required Uniqueness?

Well spotted! I'll assign and reject it based on those grounds.

I'd also like to give the author some feedback on whether a child
theme with a few minor tweaks and new credit links will ever be
accepted into the directory. I don't want to waste his and another
reviewer's time with a resubmission.
