[theme-reviewers] Suspended theme becase ThemeForest affiliate link with url shortener

My theme Foto http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11196 has got 
suspended because I put an affiliate link to the ThemeForest product 
with bit.ly. Please forgive me if I was wrong with it. But why, I don't 
get any notice about it before you suspended my theme, I can fix/remove 
it in next release. Once again, I'm sorry if I can't put an affiliate 
link to themeforest.

So, what should I do now to get back my theme live again.
