[theme-reviewers] Default images, Twitter demo, and an option to remove credit link?

Chip says: #3: Having a footer logo image is just fine. Footer credit links
are not required to be user-configurable. If there's both a text link and a
separate logo image link, the reviewer may reasonably request the developer
choose one or the other.
