Hey theme review list,
Couple questions regarding a recent review that we need clarification on:
Issue 1: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11164#comment:5
The theme reviewer claims we need to remove our logo from the default image in the feature slider. It is literally just a default image so that when someone previews the theme they can see the feature slider in action. The image is included with the theme (is NOT hot linked), and doesn't have any promotional copy or anything like that.
The images in question:

Is having my theme shop name in a default demo image a violation of any review guidelines?
Issue 2: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11164#comment:5
I also have a built-in Twitter feed in my themes, which the default simply has our Twitter account so users can see a functional demo of the Twitter feature working on the preview / demo page. Is this is violation of any theme review guidelines?
Neither of these "issues" are promotional, and are simply for preview / demo purposes. I'm not really sure how were supposed to show the functionality of our themes without including defaults?
Issue 3: http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11163#comment:2
"User should be able to replace/remove Cyberchimps logo located in the footer."
A user can easily edit the footer.php or remove the image from the theme, or whatever they want since the theme is GPL. As far as I'm aware, there is nothing saying we have to provide an option to make it easier to remove the credit link in the footer. We are doing nothing to stop users from removing the link.
Thanks!
