[theme-reviewers] Theme isn't child friendly

I think Child-Themes are only going to grow in importance and relevance. It
would probably be a great idea to try and get ahead of this with some
better documentation ... and I also agree, it can get a bit confusing
sorting out the correct or most beneficial uses for *_template_* versus
*_stylesheet_* functions.
