[theme-reviewers] Theme isn't child friendly

A solid document laying it out in detail would be nice. Even I have to
think about it a bit when I run across it, because it is not always
obvious.

However, some examples of doing-it-wrong would need to be presented
for this to have any real impact there, I think, because just an
explanation of the various concerns isn't entirely clear in this
instance.
